Bergen County gas station attendant charged, accused of overcharging customers
A Park Ridge gas station attendant at Delta Gas was charged and accused of repeatedly overcharging customers, police said on Tuesday. Police alleged the unidentified attendant at the Kinderkamack Road Delta would manually charge more money when customers would use credit cards. When called out on the discrepancy by drivers, the attendant pretended it was a mistake and gave back the money, police said.
