Man Who Robbed Tompkins Bank in Downtown Cortland Has Charges Dismissed – DA Blames Lack of Resources at DA’s Office
The man who robbed Tompkins Community Bank on Main Street in the City of Cortland, has had his charges against him dropped. The news comes after New York Courts dismissed the charges against Daniel A. Thilburg due to the lack of a speedy trial. The decision came from the courts last Tuesday, June 25th.
