Missing dementia patient found safe in Ithaca woods
ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) – An Ithaca woman with dementia is safe after getting lost in the woods overnight. Tompkins County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a vulnerable missing 69-year-old on Winston Drive around 9 a.m. on Sunday. A concerned neighbor made the call and assisted authorities with information from a Wi-Fi tracker.
