KDOT announces CCLIP funding for Emporia, Council Grove
Traffic enhancements in Emporia and Council Grove are getting help from the state government. Both Emporia and Council Grove are getting $400,000 for work in fiscal 2027, Emporia for so-called geometric improvements and Council Grove for surface preservation.
