VIDEO: Desmond Burks, who’s accused of killing a Detroit neurosurgeon, made his first court appearance today. Burks appeared via Zoom for his arraignment and is facing several charges, including pre-meditated murder in the death of Dr. Devon Hoover. (8/8/24)
