MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - Sticks and Stones is having its 20th annual sidewalk sale this week. Mankato’s Riverfront has been riddled with construction all summer. “We’ve definitely been aware of construction,” Sticks and Stones Manager Shelbi Swenson said. “Obviously the old town businesses more directly impacted then we are, being up the hill a little bit, but we still see some of that ripple effects of construction for sure.”
