Survey pinpoints cheapest diesel in Covington

(COVINGTON, TN) You could be saving up to $0.34 per gallon on diesel in Covington, according to a recent price survey.

The survey looked at prices across the greater Covington area, and found that the cheapest gallon of diesel as of Tuesday was $2.95, at Murphy USA at 1631 Us-51 S. By comparison, the most expensive was $3.29, listed at Exxon at 1725 Us-51.

Region-wide, the average price of diesel was $3.08, according to the survey, which was conducted by internet gas price app GasBuddy.
