NTU Recognizes Jonathan Chinana for Innovation in Technology
Crownpoint, NM Navajo Technical University is pleased to recognize Jonathan Chinana from Cuba, NM, for his outstanding contributions to developing an affordable Kibble Balance based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology. This innovative device is crucial in measuring mass, and Mr. Chinana effectively explained its characteristics and functionalities. The Kibble Balance is designed to significantly lower the costs associated with previous models by using LabVIEW to measure and display current from voice coils.
