In the days when single family homes were being built all over town, there were a number of lumber yards in Cranford. One of the last was Builders General Supply. While their Cranford site has closed, the company is still in business. This week’s episode is with TJ Shaheen who talks about the company and the role the Shaheen family has played in town.

A book by Robyn Gigl was named by Time as one of the top 100 best mystery and thriller books of all time. It’s a story that is set, in large part, in Cranford. Robyn is back with the fourth book in the series and she’ll be in the Community Center to discuss it and sign copies .

All ages are invited to this all-day event at the Community Center. It includes comics, anime, and pop culture with panels, interactive workshops, crafts, special guests, dance parties, a cosplay contest, Artist Alley and more!

Storytime with the Cranford Fire & Police Depts. - Thursdays through August 📖🚨

Members of the police and fire departments will be at the gazebo Thursday mornings reading stories for little ones.

Cranford Youth Field Hockey Registration 🏑

Kids in grades 1 through 6 are invited to sign-up for games from August into October.

Rotary Club of Cranford Golf Tournament - Monday, August 5 ⛳

Register now for the Rotary Club’s tournament which has benefited a number of Cranford organizations. You can register not just to play but also to be a sponsor.
