Sartell, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide alert has been issued for a missing Minnesota teenager. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 17-year-old Kaydence Johnson has been missing for 30 days and is now considered and endangered missing person. The alert says she and another teenage girl ran away from a residence in the City of Sartell on June 22.

Police advised that Burnsville residents avoid this area while they investigate. 16-year-old girl injured in Minneapolis shooting Friday evening
MINNEAPOLIS — A teenage girl was injured in a shooting late Friday night in Minneapolis.Minneapolis police say the shooting happened on the 1300 block of Lake Street West around 11:30 p.m. They found a 16-year-old girl at the scene with an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Officers provided medical aid until emergency services arrived, and she was taken to a hospital.Investigators believe there was an altercation outside of the building before someone fired their gun. The suspect left the scene before officers arrived.No one has been arrested.

>State Patrol Assists Rice County Deputies In Standoff With Armed Suspect. (Faribault, MN) — An armed suspect was taken into custody after a standoff in Rice County Sunday. The pursuit of the 41-year-old man began in Steele County resulting in a high-speed chase on Interstate 35 North. The vehicle came to a stop just outside Faribault around 3 p.m., and investigators stated that the suspect entered the southbound lanes while brandishing a handgun. The interstate was closed, and authorities issued a shelter-in-place order for the area. The suspect was ultimately arrested using non-lethal tactics around 7 p.m.
