Redwood Parks Conservancy, the official non-profit partner of Redwood National and State Parks, is proud to announce the launch of the Redwood Corps program. This new initiative offers a unique, paid opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in conservation and land management.

The Redwood Corps program focuses on revitalizing trails and protecting the majestic redwoods from harmful invasive species within Redwood National and State Parks and Six Rivers National Forest. Crew members will serve full time, earning $18 per hour while working 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Transportation to and from worksites will be provided, with daily meetings in Crescent City.

“This program is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in forestry, state or national parks, firefighting, or conservation,” said Sal Munoz Moreno, Executive Director of Redwood Parks Conservancy. “By joining the Redwood Corps, members will gain valuable work experience and skills that are essential for their future careers.”

Looking for a summer job that makes a difference? Apply to join the Redwood Corps and gain real-world experience in land management. The program begins July 1st, 2024.
