Seventh DOC inmate dies in 2024
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — State prison offender Harry Kirkvold has died, according to the South Dakota Department of Corrections. Kirkvold, who was 70, died at the Jameson Annex to the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls on July 13th.
