    Superintendent Dr. Quintin Shepherd to Depart from VISD

    VICTORIA, TEXAS - The Victoria Independent School District (VISD) has announced the departure of Dr. Quintin Shepherd, Superintendent, as he moves to take on a new role.

    Dr. Shepherd has been named the lone finalist for the position of superintendent at Pflugerville Independent School District (PfISD) in Pflugerville, Texas.

    While a timeline for Dr. Shepherd's transition from VISD has not yet been established, the district assures that details will be provided as soon as they are available.

    In a press release Dr. Shepherd remarked, "It has been an honor to serve as the superintendent of VISD. I am immensely proud of the progress we have made together, and I am grateful for the support of the VISD community. While I will miss Victoria, I am excited about the opportunity to lead and serve in Pflugerville ISD."
