Veterans and first responders honored at community breakfast in Victoria

VICTORIA, Texas - A community breakfast will be held to honor veterans and first responders on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4146 in Victoria.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to noon. Attendees can expect speeches from Richard Castillo, Dwayne Bennett, and keynote speaker Raymond Amador.

In addition to the speakers, the event will feature patriotic musical performances by local Christian bands.

A special dedication will be held at 12:30 p.m. in honor of U.S. Marine Manuel Castillo.

The event will be hosted at 2001 Lova Drive, Victoria, Texas, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4146.
