Putnam SPCA charges several for animal neglect
BREWSTER – Members of the Putnam SPCA have spent a busy week rounding up three local residents for endangering the welfare of their four-legged family members. Chief Ken Ross said during a patrol of the Kobacker’s Market parking area in Brewster Village, detectives observed a dog inside a vehicle with windows cracked. The interior temperature of the vehicle was extreme, with weather conditions sunny and humid.

The Doobie Brothers just added four more dates on their 2024 tour in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. On September. 30 and October 1, the Grammy-winners will be in Port Chester, NY at The Capitol Theatre. On Ocobert 4, yhey will stop in Atlantic City at Borgata Event Center, and on the following night they will be in Uncasville, at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
