Food distribution truck to arrive in Iron River
IRON RIVER - A food distribution in partnership with Feeding America West Michigan will be held Wednesday, July 10 at 1 p.m. at Grace Covenant Church parking lot, 316 Jasper St. Please have your backseats/trunks cleared out in advance to help volunteers more easily load boxes. This is a drive-thru distribution on a first-come-first-serve basis. You may pick up food for a household other than your own, but you must provide their name, address and numbers in that household. To volunteer, show up at noon for an orientation and set up. We cannot set aside food for volunteers.
Independence Day Concert at CF Library

They present a nice organic blend with tasteful interpretations of old time and contemporary songs. Roy plays lead guitar and adds a sweet vibe on his solo work. The older brother Paul, usually takes lead on vocals as well as playing guitar.
