    The Madison-Morgan Cultural Center located in historic downtown Madison, Georgia, is a hub for arts, culture, and community. It's not just a performing arts venue. It's also an art museum, a history museum, and a center for education for arts and culture in the area. You'll want to save the date for the following events and performances at the Center:

    Dancing Dream: An ABBA Tribute Event -- September 13, 2024

    The doors will open at 7:30 pm at The Hall on Foster, located directly behind the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center. The performance will start at 8 pm and will feature ABBA tribute band Dancing Dream. Come dance, jive, and have the time of your life in this 1970s musical experience. Wine and beer will be available for purchase. General admission tickets are $35 each, and a table can be purchased for $300 (seating 6).

    Pop-Up Art Sale Featuring the Work of Ann Dodys -- September 29, 2024

    Come to MMCC's Museum Shop for an exclusive pop-up sale featuring the work of beloved local artist Ann Dodys. Shop a variety of travel-related landscapes and pastel paintings. This sale will be for one day only from 1 to 4 pm.

    A.D. Blanco Performs on the Historic Mainstage -- October 17, 2024

    Local Athens band A.D. Blanco returns to the MMCC Auditorium stage to perform classic hits as well as original songs. General admission tickets are $35 each, and wine, beer, and soda will be available for purchase. The doors will open at 7 pm for the show beginning at 7:30 pm. Tickets are now available.

    Pop-Up Art Sale Featuring the Work of Dana Wiggins Thompson -- October 20, 2024

    Come to MMCC's Museum Shop for an exclusive pop-up sale featuring the work of local artist and art instructor Dana Wiggins Thompson. Shop limited, one-of-a-kind watercolors, and find one you'll want to take home. This pop-up will be for one day only from 1 to 4 pm.

    TAKE3 Performs on the Historic Mainstage -- November 1, 2024

    TAKE3 brings an eclectic sound to downtown Madison. This "Where Rock Meets Bach" trio performs everything from Bach to The Beach Boys to Bieber. Doors open at 7 pm for this 7:30 pm concert. Tickets are not yet available for this event.

    Madison Holiday Tour of Homes -- December 6 and 7, 2024

    You won't want to miss the 2024 Madison Holiday Tour of Homes. This self-guided walking tour features both daylight and candlelight tours through a variety of historic homes. Earlybird pricing will be available through November 30 with tickets available at MMCC on the day of the tour. Tickets are not yet available but will be coming soon.

    Burchfield Family Christmas -- Coming December 2024

    While the dates haven't yet been announced, the Burchfield Family Christmas will be back in December to continue a beloved holiday tradition.

    Community Holiday Concert on the Mainstage -- December 15, 2024

    This community holiday concert features the talent of local community members. While admission is free, the Center does recommend a donation of canned goods to the local Caring Place food bank. Tickets must be reserved in advance as space is limited. Tickets will become available in early November.

    Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Holiday Concert at MMCC -- December 19, 2024

    This fan favorite is coming back to MMCC just in time for the holidays! MMCC Members will enjoy advanced tickets for this event, and tickets will go on sale to the public on October 6th. While tickets are not yet available, MMCC members will be the first to receive notification of availability.

    10th Annual Do Tell! Storytelling Festival Featuring Sean of the South -- January 24, 2025

    Go ahead and save the date! Sean of the South is coming to Madison in January. Tickets aren't yet on sale, and the details aren't yet available. Still, this event is likely to sell out fast. Save the date, and be ready to book your ticket as soon as tickets go on sale.
