Two People Facing Charges After Disturbance Report Near Ruthven
(Ruthven)--Two people were arrested after a disturbance report last Sunday near Ruthven. Shortly after 9:40 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call for a disturbance taking place in the 3400 block of 370th Street. Based upon the investigation, Deputies arrested 36-year-old Jacob Brown of Graettinger, on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. Brown was issued a citation and released to appear in court at a later date. Deputies also arrested 44-year-old Joshua Scott of Ruthven on charges of Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Interference With Official Acts. Following his arrest, Scott was placed in jail to await his initial appearance before a Judge.
