School board approves 2023-24 final appropriations
COPLEY — The Copley-Fairlawn Board of Education approved the district’s $145 million final appropriations for the 2023-24 school year at its June 25 meeting. The appropriations included several additions. Treasurer John Wheadon said the most substantial of these is $16 million in the building fund, which was not originally budgeted due to uncertainty with whether the district’s buildings and high school stadium renovation project would begin during the 2023-24 or the 2024-25 school year.
