Kyrie Irving Reveals What He’d Do If He Had A ‘Hall Pass’ For A Night

Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving had the best response after someone tried to trap him with a "hall pass" question.

In a recent video that's blowing up online , Irving can be seen in a gym during what appears to be a pro-am game. The man taking the video went on to ask him, "You had a hall pass with any celebrity, who would it be?"

Irving was genuinely confused about what a "hall pass" means and asked for clarification. The interviewer explained that it gives him permission to "mess with any celebrity" he wants to without consequences from his partner.

After learning what a "hall pass" is, Irving was quick to say: "Oh nah. I love my wife, Marlene Wilkerson… Shout out to my wife and my kids."

Many fans criticized the question to Kyrie Irving, with some calling it a "weird" thing to ask a married man. Others were delighted with his response and heaped praise on him for handling it well.

"Great answer Kai!" a commenter said. Another fan shared, "Kyrie didn't fall for that trap."

"That was a test … passed with flying colors," a social media user added.

A fourth supporter shared, "That’s a real one right there."

Kyrie Irving has been in a relationship with his wife Marlene Wilkerson since at least 2018 after they were spotted together at a youth basketball tournament, per People. In 2019, their engagement rumors started after Wilkerson was seen with a diamond ring. The couple have two children together.
