A suspended Dallas police sergeant was arrested over the weekend on a new charge related to stealing weapons from the department, officials with the Dallas Police Department said in a statement.

Sgt. Thomas Fry was accused in April of having stolen three guns from the department in the division where he was assigned.

According to Dallas police, Fry was charged with three counts of theft of a firearm , a state jail felony, and turned himself in to Mesquite police at that time.

The suspended sergeant’s weekend arrest was on an additional charge of felony theft related to that investigation by the department’s public integrity unit, officials said.

According to county records, Fry was arrested in Royse City and booked into the Rockwall County Jail before being transferred to Dallas County, where he is being held on a $200,015 bond.
