Caitlin Clark's Record-Setting Performance Leaves Dallas Wings Veteran In Awe Of Her

Caitlin Clark shocked the WNBA world once again on Wednesday night when she broke the single-game assist record by dishing out 19 dimes.

Despite that, and the fact that she chipped in 24 points, it wasn't enough to lead the Indiana Fever to victory, as they suffered a 101-93 defeat at the hands of the Dallas Wings.

Everyone was floored by Clark's latest accomplishment, even the Wings themselves. After the game, veteran guard Odyssey Sims gave Clark her flowers in an awe struck response about her performance.

Sims was a big reason why the Fever didn't pick up a win, as she dropped 24 points while handing out nine assists to lead the Wings to victory.

Her impact on the game paled in comparison to Clark's, though, as she once again proved why she is one of the brightest young talents in the game today.

Clark may not have led her squad to the win here, but if she keeps on playing at this incredibly high level, they will surely get back in the win column once they return to action from their extended break.
