DANVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Trouble at a pizza restaurant: a woman is facing charges after she stole a man’s key, started smacking his vehicle, yelling and howling like a dog, and calling the police a dog pig.

On July 24, at approximately 5:15 PM, Officer Marino JB responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at the Danville Pizza Hut.

Upon arrival, a male victim reported that Tiffany White was inside his vehicle and refused to exit. She had taken his keys and would not return them.

The suspect insisted that the situation was more serious than it appeared. Officer Marino JB instructed her again to return the keys to the male victim. White begun to smack the Jeep, yell and howl like a wolf and dog.

The suspect was holding various items, including multiple bags, which obscured the officer’s view of what she had. She continued to refuse his request to hand over the keys and claimed she would not drop her belongings.

Officer Marino JB repeated instructions for her to give up the keys and set down her items, but she once more declined to comply. White then attempted to enter the jeep, at which point he grabbed her in an effort to place her under arrest. She resisted, yelling insults and referring to me derogatorily.

White managed to break free from the officer’s grip, causing his handcuffs to fall to the ground. Police re-secured the suspect, removing her from the vehicle on the driver’s side, and took her to the patrol car, where he held her against the hood until additional officers arrived to assist with her arrest.

Off-duty Officer Charles Sutphin witnessed the situation, entered the parking lot, and tried to help me subdue the suspect, who had started howling loudly.

Both Officers  repeatedly instructed her to drop her items and comply with our orders, but she continued to refuse. Eventually, they managed to restrain her, and with the support of Lieutenant Billy Browning, they were able to force the various items from her grasp.

Throughout the incident, the suspect persisted in howling, cursing, and making threats despite numerous commands to stop, all in front of an active business with families arriving and departing from the restaurant.
