O’FALLON, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Francis Howell School board passed several controversial policy proposals Thursday night, while they did not vote on another. The school board elected to not vote on a proposed policy that would require students to use the bathroom or locker room matching the gender on their birth certificate. Students would be permitted to use a gender-neutral bathroom.
