Man sentenced 12 years on child sex crimes in Bradford County

BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. ( WETM ) — A Florida man was sentenced this week to a maximum of 12 years in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Institution for sex crimes he committed in December 2023.

According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, 23-year-old Brandon Oneal Allen of Davenport, Florida, was sentenced to a minimum of five years to 12 years in state prison for the following offenses:

• Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, a felony in the first degree.
• Corruption of minors, a felony in the third degree.

Documents state that Allen was in a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl in the fall of 2023 until December 2023.

Following Allen’s time in prison, he will go through three years of probation and be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. The documents stated that failure to follow the requirements could result in more felony charges for Allen.
