    Investigation underway after shooting victim walks into local fire station

    DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Police are investigating after a man walked into a local fire station with a gunshot wound.

    Dayton Police Department is investigating after officers were dispatched to a Dayton Fire Department Station on West Third Street on Wednesday, July 17. Just before 11:30 a.m., a 30-year-old man walked into Station 13 with a gunshot wound.

    The man was transported to a local hospital for his non-life-threatening injuries.

    DPD is currently investigating this incident.
