Chamber, DSA to Celebrate Reopening of Main Street at Third Thursday Event
The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Sheridan Association will celebrate the reopening of Main Street today with a Chamber Ambassador’s ribbon cutting and an expanded Third Thursday festival. According to information from the Chamber, the celebration signals the completion of the Sheridan Main Street Resurfacing and Utility Upgrade Project that began in April 2023.
SCSD#1 Receives CTE Grant
During their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 17, the SCSD#1 Board of Trustees held a short budget hearing for the 2024-2025 budget, presented by Jeremy Smith, Business Manager. Clearmont Council Discusses Rate Increases for Utilities
The Clearmont Town Council met on Monday, July 15, at 6 p.m. at Clearmont Town Hall. Mayor Chris Schock reported on the partial fire ban in Sheridan County, adding that due to the fires in the area it should be a full ban on fires. “Please don’t burn anything,” he said.
