    UCF football's 2025 recruiting class: See how commits are performing in senior seasons

    UCF, as it stands now, has its highest-rated class in Gus Malzahn's tenure.

    Currently ranked 28th overall by 247Sports for the 2025 recruiting cycle, the Knights boast four, four-star recruits and have flipped high-level talent from other Power Four schools. Now in their second year in the Big 12, the Knights are looking to finish in the top-25 for the first time in program history.

    Here are how UCF's high school senior commits across the country are performing thus far.

    Jayvan Boggs, Cocoa WR

    Ranking: No. 23 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 6 feet, 200 pounds

    Boggs went for 111 yards and one touchdown on four catches while also punching in a four-yard rushing touchdown in the Tigers' 42-10 win over Titusville.

    Taevion Swint, Osceola RB

    Ranking: No. 28 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 5-9, 185

    Swint tallied 96 rushing yards and one fumble on 14 carries in Osceola's 21-7 win over Treasure Coast.

    Waden Charles, Palm Beach Central WR

    Ranking: No. 41 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 6-2, 185

    Charles, originally a Miami commit, landed with the Knights one month after decommitting from the Hurricanes. The Broncos downed Pahokee 21-14 in their regular season opener.

    Chastan Brown, Northside (Ga.) OT

    Ranking: Composite four-star, No. 20 OT in the nation on 247Sports

    Measurables: 6-7, 260

    Brown has the frame to make an immediate impact for the Knights next year, despite his junior season being his first year playing high school football. Brown has helped the Eagles to a 2-0 start following a 13-12 win over Baldwin on Friday night.

    Tony Williams, Miami Central DB

    Ranking: No. 63 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 6-1, 190

    Williams, who has the ability to play both ways, transferred from Palm Beach Central to South Florida power Miami Central, which fell to Lakeland 16-8 at home in week one.

    Christian Hudson, Mainland DL

    Ranking: No. 73 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 6-1, 280

    Hudson tallied four tackles, one QB hurry, one tackle for loss and one pass breakup in the Buccaneers' 31-28 loss to University.

    Rukeem Stroud, Tampa Bay Tech CB

    Ranking: No. 45 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 5-11, 160

    Stroud, a Wisconsin flip, registered four tackles and a pass breakup in a 63-40 loss to Venice.

    Tylon Lee, Pace EDGE

    Ranking: No. 36 in the USA Today Top 100

    Measurables: 6-4, 245

    Lee had two QB hurries, a forced fumble in the backfield, a pair of tackles and one tackle for loss in the Patriots' 17-14 win over Mary G. Montgomery.

    Darryll Desir, Norland DL

    Ranking: No. 71 on the USA Today Top 100

    Measurables: 6-5, 240

    Desir had a sack and a TFL in the Vikings' 21-0 win over Miramar.

    Mandrell Desir, Norland Edge

    Ranking: No. 91 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 6-4, 240

    Mandrell, brother of fellow UCF commit Darryll, helped the Vikings to a shutout win over Miramar.

    Caden Piening, Anderson (Ohio) TE

    Ranking: Composite three-star, No. 24 overall player in Ohio

    Measurables: 6-4, 230

    Piening reeled in two catches for 67 yards and a touchdown in Anderson's 51-6 win over South Oldham.

    Malakhi Boone, South Sumter LB

    Ranking: No. 83 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 6-2, 230

    Boone had two solo tackles and 13 tackle assists with one TFL in the Raiders' 35-28 loss to Niceville.

    Jaquez Joiner, Cocoa OT

    Ranking: Composite three-star, No. 90 IOL in country on 247Sports

    Measurables: 6-3, 260

    Joiner and the rest of the Tigers' offensive line protected quarterback Brady Hart, allowing the Michigan commit to throw for 270 yards and three touchdowns while completing 15 of 18 passes.

    Cameron White, Armwood LB

    Ranking: Composite three-star, No. 116 LB in the country on 247Sports

    Measurables: 6-1, 225

    White had a big-time sack in the Hawks' 41-19 win over Gaither.

    Carl Jenkins Jr., St. Augustine WR

    Ranking: No. 76 in the USA Today Florida Top 100

    Measurables: 6-2, 177

    Jenkins Jr. caught four passes for 55 yards and a touchdown in the Yellow Jackets' 42-6 win over rival Palatka.

    Gavin Blanchard, Wiregrass Ranch IOL

    Ranking: Composite three-star, No. 122 IOL in the country on 247Sports

    Measurables: 6-3, 290

    The Bulls cruised to a 48-7 win over Cypress Creek in week one.

    RyShawn Perry, Newton (Ga.) DL

    Ranking: Composite three-star, No. 123 DL in the country on 247Sports

    Measurables: 6-foot-3, 275 pounds

    Perry and the Rams cruised to a 70-0 win over Alcovy last week.

    Andrew Stargel, Roswell (Ga.) IOL

    Ranking: Composite three-star, No. 102 IOL in the country on 247Sports

    Measurables: 6-4, 284

    Roswell did not play last week and will host Walton (1-0) on Aug. 30.

    Santonyo Isaac, Tampa Bay Tech WR

    Ranking: No. 94 in the USA Today Top 100

    Measurables: 6-0, 165

    Isaac did not play in the Titans' 63-40 loss to Venice.

    Decommitments

    Kendarius Reddick, S: The Thomas County Central (Ga.) four-star flipped from UCF to Southern California two weeks ago.

    Demarcus Gardner, ATH: The 6-foot three-star from Cedartown, Ga. flipped from the Knights to Kentucky in late June.
