The last words of Friends star Matthew Perry have been revealed in fresh documents, released after five people were charged earlier this week in relation to his death.

Perry died on October 28 last year, and his final remarks to his assistant Kenneth Iwamasa were included in court documents released this week.

The Daily Mail newspaper reports that Perry told Iwamasa to “shoot me up with a big one” referring to a dose of ketamine. He also asked his aide to prepare the jacuzzi. Perry was later found face down in the hot tub.

The same documents reveal that Perry had previously twice been found unconscious at his home.

Iwamasa has been charged with four others, including two doctors, in connection with Perry’s death – Eric Fleming, Dr. Mark Chavez, Jasveen Sangha and Dr. Salvador Plasencia.

Iwamasa, Fleming and Chavez have all agreed to plead guilty,  while Sangha and Plasencia have pleaded not guilty.

Following the charges, U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada announced Thursday during a news conference in Los Angeles that the five included a live-in assistant (Iwamasa), two doctors and a woman known as the “Ketamine Queen.” Estrada said the defendants were part of a “broad underground criminal network” that supplied ketamine to Perry and others. He said the suspects “took advantage of Mr. Perry’s addiction issues to enrich themselves.”
