Bulloch County’s Anna Clifton selected for Georgia Foundation for Agriculture scholarship
Bulloch County native Anna Clifton has been named a recipient of a Georgia Foundation for Agriculture (GFA) Scholarship. Clifton is one of eight students statewide selected to receive a $2,000 GFA Rising Junior/Senior Scholarship. Going from punk rock to the priesthood is not a common progression. Then again, Georgia band Luxury never followed the rules. A new film called Parallel Love: The Story of a Band Called Luxury follows the Toccoa and Athens group through their brush with death and, eventually, three members becoming Eastern Orthodox priests.
