Lincoln Bibla shines at Crestwood Iron Man competition
Lincoln Bibla took top honors for the second consecutive year at the 17th annual Crestwood High School football team Iron Man competition held at the high school on June 28. Bibla, who will be a senior this fall, was awarded the Tanner Kahlau Memorial Trophy, named in honor of the late stellar Crestwood athlete who was killed in a skiing accident near Lake Placid in 2021. Kahlau, a 2016 Crestwood graduate, excelled in football, lacrosse and ice hockey.
Slinger High School alum Kate Hosking makes Dean’s List at Luther College
July 3, 2024 – Slinger, WI – Slinger High School alum Katelyn Hosking of Slinger, WI, made the Dean’s List at Luther College for the Spring 2024 Semester. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale. Luther College’s Spring 2024 list included 577 students; 61 first-years, 114 sophomores, 152 juniors and 250 seniors.
