    Defiance common pleas

    Ayden Arnold, 25, Shelbyville, Ind., appeared for sentencing on charges of trafficking in marijuana, a third-degree felony, and was placed on community control for three years.

    Paul Cook Jr., 26, Stryker (CCNO), appeared for sentencing on charges of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony; and violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for three years with conditions, including that he complete the SEARCH program.

    Justin Flores, 38, Fort Wayne, appeared for sentencing on charges of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony, and was placed on community control for two years.

    Jonathen Wityk, 54, Bryan, appeared for sentencing on charges of breaking and entering, and aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), each a fifth-degree felony; and grand theft and failure to appear as required by recognizance, each a fourth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for four years with conditions, including he pay $7,845 in restitution to the victims.

    Christopher Beverley, 33, pleaded guilty to attempted having weapons while under disability, a fourth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was set for March 28.

    John Black, 52, Stryker (CCNO) pleaded no contest to attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony, and found guilty. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was set for March 14.

    Gale Davis, 58, 02657 Ohio 66, pleaded guilty plea to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was set for May 2.

    Anita Sanchez, 64, pleaded guilty to illegal use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits or WIC program benefits, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was set for May 2.

    Derek Alvarez, 37, Stryker (CCNO), pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a second-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was set for March 28 and bond was set at $1 million with a 10% allowance provision.

    Cameron Andonian, 25, Hamler, pleaded not guilty to burglary, a second-degree felony; grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, a third-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 2 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Tucker Beck, 40, Waldron, Mich., pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 11 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Yolanda Jones, 31, Indianapolis, pleaded not guilty to improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fifth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 2 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Danielle Nash-Kleinhenn, 39, Continental, pleaded not guilty to failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 1 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Mallory VanCamp, 38, Toledo, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for March 28 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Angela Walters-Brewer, 50, 1492 Terrawenda Drive, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 1 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.
