SALINAS, Calif. — A week after KSBW 8 reported Monterey County Sheriff Tina Nieto was stopped by CHP officers for reckless driving and speeding more than 90 mph on at least three occasions and then allowed to drive off with just a warning, aphoto of the sheriff parked in a handicap spot is raising yet more questions.
