AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is looking for two fugitives wanted for crimes committed in Central Texas, including sexual assault of a child. According to DPS, 25-year-old Fabian Martinez Toribio and 32-year-old Octavio Cruz Hernandez are now part of the “Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List,” which was launched by Gov. Greg Abbott last month. DPS said the list is similar to other Texas 10 Most Wanted lists and fugitives from the list “may be selected as the department’s monthly featured fugitive.”
