    How much are homes selling for in Delaware? See the latest sales stats

    Those who sold homes in December sold them for lower prices in New Castle and Kent counties compared with previous months.

    The median home sold for $290,000 in the two counties, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows. That means December, the most recent month for which figures are available, was down 3.3% from November.

    Sussex County, however, saw houses sell for slightly higher than the previous month's median sale price of $449,000. The median home sold for $451,195, that means December, the most recent month for which figures are available, was up 0.5% from November.
