DOVER — The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the 2024-25 Central Delaware Resource Guide has arrived and is ready for use.
This full-color, glossy, 96-page publication has all the information locals, visitors and prospective residents need to know about central Delaware. The term “Infinite Possibilities” graces the front cover of this year’s guide to represent the endless options and opportunities that can be found in the area. This guide will help readers find them.
The guide is the premiere reference book for this cherished area. It holds all the details you need about taxes, Delaware industries, local and state government, tourist attractions, housing, accommodations, restaurants, health care, schools and much more. Beautiful photographs and information introduce each town in central Delaware, so viewers can become better acquainted with this region we call “home.”
We are proud to showcase beautiful, clear advertisements from credible top businesses in central Delaware. Regardless of a reader’s needs, he or she will easily be able to locate quality establishments that offer the products and services sought. From what to eat and where to shop to who can service a home or business, this guide will surely connect an individual to everything he or she needs to live, work and play here. The chamber highly suggests keeping it handy, perhaps stored in a glove box or desk or at a workplace.
The resources don’t end there: This year’s publication includes a complete CDCC member directory. This list of over 750 verified members will assist in making connections for goods and services to trust throughout the state of Delaware. It’s a valuable listing and easy to navigate, as the sections are sorted by various categories.
Each year, 8,000 copies are distributed to new and current residents of Kent County, as well as local businesses, colleges, universities, hotels, Dover Air Force Base, visitors’ centers/rest areas and many other prominent, high-traffic sites. To accompany the guide, this year’s Dover-Kent County map is also available. This colorful graphic depicts all of Kent County on one side and a rendering of Dover on the other. This free resource will help visitors explore and enjoy all that central Delaware has to offer.
