Drug dealer sentenced to life for fentanyl death
The man who sold a University of Louisiana student the fentanyl that killed her will spend the rest of his life behind bars. Jonterez “Ja Ja” Broussard died in October 2021 after buying what she thought was cocaine from Damien Bernard while out in downtown Lafayette.
