Delhi man accused of forcible touching

DELHI, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A Delhi man was arrested last week following an investigation into forcible touching.

On Tuesday, Delaware County Sheriff Craig DuMond announced the arrest of 63-year-old Michael Kudrewicz on charges stemming from a report of forcible touching.

On June 18, members of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division received a forcible touching complaint. A preliminary investigation determined that Kudrewicz forcibly touched another person for his own sexual gratification.

Kudrewicz was arrested on July 10 on a criminal summons issued by the Town of Delhi Court. He was charged with one count of Forcible Touching, a Class A Misdemeanor. An Order of Protection was also issued by the court, prohibiting Kudrewicz from having any contact with the victim.

Kudrewicz was released and will reappear in the Town of Delhi Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
