Today Albany saw some showers and isolated downpours cross through the region not making it a completely dry afternoon and evening. Although we did not see too much sun, we warmed up quite a bit and it felt warm with that humidity as well. Tonight our overnight lows are looking warm in the low-70s. Humidity will likely feel worse throughout the day tomorrow, some isolated storms are expected to start into the afternoon and could linger into the early evening.
BOCES Albany students raise money for local charities
Local high school students are celebrating their efforts to provide area charities with much-needed funding. During the school year, Capital Region BOCES students on the Albany campus sold coffee and raised hundreds of dollars for different charities including Schenectady City Mission, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the Mohawk-Hudson Humane Society and the American Heart Association.
