In Worst Roommate Ever S2E3, we met Tammy Fritz, a woman who attempted to murder a family friend in order to collect a fraudulent life insurance policy. Luckily, her plan failed, and she was sent to prison for her actions. However, viewers are wondering where Tammy Fritz is now and what happened to her after the filming of this episode.

What happened to Tammy Fritz after Worst Roommate Ever, and where is he now?

After the filming of Worst Roommate Ever, Tammy Fritz remained in Denver Women’s Correctional Facility. According to The Gazette, in 2019, Fritz was sentenced to 48 years for two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of solicitation of attempted first-degree murder, and one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

Fritz’s first possible parole eligibility date is 10/27/2034. If she makes parole on her first attempt, she’ll be 68 years old. If she doesn’t, her estimated mandatory release date is 08/14/2059, when she’ll be 93 years old.

Sean Lagoe and Michelle Heaston, Fritz’s accomplices in her scheme to murder James Bowden, fared much better than she did in their legal proceedings.

Sean entered a guilty plea to attempted first-degree murder in 2015. He was sentenced to 26 years in prison but was given an early release and is now on parole. According to public records, his parole will be discharged in 2028, and he has not reoffended.

Due to her more limited involvement in the crimes, Michelle struck a deal and pleaded guilty to first-degree burglary. She was given a 15-year suspended sentence and placed on five years of parole. From our research, it seems that she successfully completed the conditions of her parole and has not reoffended.

So, Tammy isn’t going anywhere for at least ten years. She’ll spend the next decade in Denver Women’s Correctional Facility for her crimes against James Bowden.
