DENVER ( KDVR ) — The Denver Broncos’ newest quarterback, Bo Nix , is moving into the neighborhood — the Village at Castle Pines neighborhood, that is.
On June 14, Nix and his wife, Izzy, purchased a five-bed, seven-bath mansion on a one-acre lot in Castle Pines, just off of The Ridge and Castle Pines North golf course. The previous owner was notable, too: Shane Patrick-Henry Vereen, a former running back for the New England Patriots.
The house sold for a cool $4 million to the Nix’s. Vereen purchased the property for $600,000 in 2016, according to county property records, and built the house in 2018.
The main floor of the house features a kitchen outfitted with Thermador and Miele appliances, a large dining room that opens to a covered outdoor kitchen and a 15-foot NanaWall of sliding doors that connects the great room to the covered deck. The main level also has the primary bedroom, styled with a gas fireplace and a private separate deck.
The primary bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with heated floors and a closet that connects to the laundry room. Also, on the main floor is an office and “powder room,” plus a mud room, four-car garage and golf cart bay.

The lower level has a recreation room outfitted with a wet bar, opening into the backyard with a patio and gas fireplace. Also downstairs is a wine room, theater, powder room, en-suite bedroom and fifth bedroom with an en-suite bath featuring a steam shower and heated floors.
