The Denver Broncos are very clearly in a new era as far as the coaching staff goes with Sean Payton, but also the roster as well. There are a lot of players who were big-time players on the team before, spent a lot of time with the team, and fan favorites who are no longer going to be wearing orange and blue.

Guys like safety Justin Simmons, of course, Von Miller, and so many others that we have seen wearing a Broncos jersey for so long, are not in the building anymore. And, that happens.

However, fans are oftentimes still interested in what happens with those guys when they leave because they did build a following with that player and ultimately, we do care about what happens with those guys' careers.

One guy that fans may miss and will want updates on, is former safety Kareem Jackson, who went back to his former team the Houston Texans last season and is now heading to another team.

According to the Buffalo Bills' Twitter account, the team is signing him for the 2024 season, just in time for pads at training camp.

Jackson still feels like he has a lot left, however, this could be his last stop before he retires. Jackson has been in the league since 2010 and plays a position that requires him to hit and get hit a lot. So, a year ago while he was waiting to get signed by the Broncos again, he went on Good Morning Football and hinted that he could retire soon.

Last year was rough for him as he was constantly involved with being suspended for illegal hits , and his play just overall wasn't great. So, depending on how this season goes with the Bills, it could be Jackson's last ride -- who knows?
