Denver Broncos make a roster move to give the quarterbacks another weapon

The Denver Broncos are one of the teams in the AFC West that appear to be staring at the feeling of disappointment, as they may finish last in the AFC West. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean that they would be a bad team because it is the AFC West -- one of the hardest divisions in football. So, anything can happen in 2024.

I think the one thing we can for sure rule out is that the Kansas City Chiefs will not be last in the division. So, that leads the Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Chargers, and the Broncos fighting for a spot in the playoffs. I say the Broncos may be staring down the barrel because, well, they have the worst roster of any of these teams, and it's not really close in my opinion.

And, that's okay, because they are obviously doing whatever they can to make sure they improve their roster. They have an issue that two of the teams in the AFC West do not have -- they still aren't entirely sure who their quarterback will be.

So, just to make things easier on Bo Nix, Jarrett Stidham, or for some crazy reason, Zach Wilson, the Broncos are adding more weapons to the roster. On Friday, they signed another.

According to the team's Twitter account, the Broncos are signing tight end Hunter Kampmoyer.

Kampmoyer played for the Chargers last season and has only played in two games in his career, so he has pretty much been a practice squad player.

The Broncos may see something in him that they think could be of value to them.
