WOODLAND PARK, NJ - Woodland Park officials are moving quickly to seek answers to the surprise resignation of Councilman Ron Arnau, from both his elected and his Democratic Party positions. DOVER — The Town of Dover Mayor and Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, July 2, at 6:00 p.m. at 37 North Sussex Street. This meeting is being held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, also known as the Sunshine Law, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6. Notice of the meeting was sent to the Daily Record and Star-Ledger on June 20, 2024. Notice was also posted on the Bulletin Board of the Municipal Building on June 20, 2024. These notices were sent within 48 hours prior to this meeting and were sent in sufficient time for the publications to publish them. A copy of said notice is on file with the Municipal Clerk.
Franklin Independence Day Fireworks Celebration Set for Wednesday
SOMERSET, NJ - This year’s Independence Day Fireworks is scheduled to happen on July 3rd, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. As usual, the celebration will be taking place at the Franklin Township Municipal Complex. From 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, attendees can walk around and participate in various activities. Food and refreshments will be available at the 9 food trucks that will be stationed near the library.
