Denville Arts Council Is Looking For Writers For Campfire Stories Event

DENVILLE, NJ - The Denville Arts Council is seeking writers for its 2024 Campfire Stories event on October 12.

The Council says writers must have a connection to North Jersey. All works must have taken place in North Jersey, be rated PG, and can be no longer than five minutes in length. Writers have the option to submit a short play, personal essay/story, poem, or acoustic song.

Selected writers will have the opportunity to read their pieces aloud at the campfire. The deadline to register is August 15 and writers will be notified on September 20 if their pieces are accepted.

There is a $10 non-refundable fee due with the application.
