PATERSON, NJ.- A 43-year-old Paterson, New Jersey woman was hospitalized after she was struck by gunfire late Sunday night on a Paterson, New Jersey Street. According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, shortly before 10:00 p.m., members of the Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call after receiving a report of a shooting in the area of Prospect and Market Streets in the City of Paterson.

There's Still Time To Sign Up for Week 2 of Nutley All-Star Soccer Camp
NUTLEY, NJ - Another great week of Soccer Camp returns to Nutley's Owens Field next week with Nutley High School Soccer Coach Mike DiPiano. For the past 14 years, DiPiano's coed soccer camp has become a township staple, with many participants eventually going on to play soccer in high school and college. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER As a coach at NHS, DiPiano sent more than 20 girls to play at the college level, and in most cases, the girls started in camp. Many later worked at the camp when they were in high school. The program is coed, for young people in grades 1 to grade 8. The cost is $150 for the week, which is lower than many of the soccer camps in the region. Camp dates are July 29 to August 1. DiPiano told TAPinto Nutley, "I really enjoy giving the kids of Nutley a great summer soccer experience" Details are in the flyer in the photo series. 3 eastbound lanes on Rt. 3 in Clifton will remain closed through Tuesday morning, July 23
Route 3 eastbound remains closed following the tractor trailer crash and fire this morning in Clifton, Passaic County. Route 3 westbound reopened at 5:30 p.m., the NJDOT says. Later tonight, upon completion of the investigation and cleanup, one lane on Route 3 eastbound is expected to reopen. The three right lanes and the Valley Road ramp to Route 3 eastbound will remain closed until at least 5 a.m., Tuesday, July 23 for emergency repairs.
