The Democratic National Committee is directing nearly $2 million to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party as part of a $15 million investment into battleground state parties. “As MAGA Republicans descend on Milwaukee to nominate a serial liar, cheater and convicted felon in Donald Trump, Democrats are leaving nothing to chance and investing heavily in Pennsylvania to ensure Joe Biden and Kamala Harris win this election,” said Democratic National Committee (DNC) chair Jaime Harrison in a statement.
Pennsylvania man loses $90,000 over one year in gift card scam
LONGSWAMP TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM)– Pennsylvania State Police say a man fell victim to a gift card scam for a year, losing thousands of dollars. State Police in Reading say they were investigating a theft by deception when an Alburtis man in his 70s reported a possible scam on July 1. Troopers say the man reported losing approximately $90,000 in Apple gift cards over the course of a year.
