Carthage woman airlifted to hospital after dog attack
CARTHAGE, New York (WWNY) - A Carthage woman had to be airlifted to a Syracuse hospital after being attacked by a dog. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to Carthage Area Hospital shortly before 9 p.m. on Tuesday. Amazon debuts electric delivery vehicles in Syracuse
SYRACUSE N.Y. — Amazon, in partnership with Rivian, has soft-launched new electric delivery vehicles in the Syracuse area. There are now more than 35 electric delivery vehicles on the road in the region. The rollout is a part of Amazon's commitment to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. The initiative first began in Syracuse with the opening of a delivery station in 2021, which can hold up to 200 electric vehicles.

Bikash Regmi was born in Bhutan. He fled that country as a child in 1992 after civil war broke out. After 17 years living in a refugee camp in Nepal, Bikash was able to emigrate to the United States. Along the way, Bikash has received multiple awards and honors, including Red Cross real Heroes, The SUNY Chancellor’s Award, and an Empire State Public Service Award.
