Overheard at ACC Kickoff: ‘There’s a lot of great history that happened in this conference’
Charlotte, N.C. — Syracuse football closed out the 2024 ACC Kickoff on Thursday alongside N.C. State, Clemson and North Carolina. The Orange were represented by coach Fran Brown, running back LeQuint Allen, defensive back Justin Barron, quarterback Kyle McCord and defensive lineman Fadil Diggs spoke at the podium, to local media, in breakout sessions and in TV and radio appearances.

CHARLOTTE: Syracuse enters the 2024 season with a lot of new faces in new places. The Dino Babers era has given way to the Fran Brown era in upstate New York. In addition to a new head coach, the Orange will welcome transfer quarterback Kyle McCord into the fold. McCord is coming off a successful season at Ohio State where the Mount Laurel, NJ, native threw for 3,170 yards and 24 touchdowns.
