Police ticket driver who caused a crash while making a U-turn
A man was ticketed July 15 in Riverside after police responded to a car crash involving four vehicles. Just before 6 p.m. that day, an officer was dispatched to assist other police at the intersection of South Harlem Avenue and Lawton Road after a four-car crash.
